2. What Lynz provides

Lynz is a software platform that brings together traffic filtering (cloaker), a lead collector and a landing page builder. We provide the tool. How you configure and use it is your responsibility.

3. No guarantee of results

Lynz does not promise or guarantee ad approval, accounts staying active, lead volume, sales or any performance metric. These depend on factors under your control (setup, offer, creatives, targeting) and third-party factors (traffic-source rules and algorithms, platform decisions, market behavior). You assume the risk of use.

4. Eligibility and account

You must have the legal capacity to contract.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
Registration information must be true and kept up to date.

5. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your pages and offers, the configuration of your filtering rules, and compliance with your traffic sources' policies and applicable law. Use of Lynz must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are billed recurrently per the chosen cycle.
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation ends the next renewal; access lasts until the end of the paid period.
Trial periods, when granted, are handled individually by contacting our team.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynz is not liable for lost profits, account loss, third-party suspensions, data loss or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. The service is provided as is.

8. Intellectual property

The Lynz brand, software and materials are our property. The content you create on your pages remains yours.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, especially in cases of unlawful use.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through our channels. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
