Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Lynz is a powerful tool, and tools require responsibility. This Policy defines what is allowed and what is not.
1. The tool is yours, so is the responsibility
Lynz is a tool, not a promise of results. Ad approval, accounts staying active, lead volume and conversion rate depend on your setup, your offer, the niche, the creatives, the traffic source and third-party policies, among other factors beyond our control. Nothing on the platform guarantees any specific result.
Lynz provides the software. The settings, filtering rules, offers and page content are defined by you. Therefore the outcome of each campaign depends on your choices and external factors, and is not guaranteed by the platform.
2. Compliance is the user's responsibility
You are responsible for using Lynz in compliance with applicable law and with the policies of the platforms and traffic sources you use. Lynz assumes no responsibility for third-party decisions about your accounts, ads or domains.
3. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use Lynz for:
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams or phishing.
- Promoting content that exploits, threatens or harms people.
- Selling products prohibited by law or clearly deceptive schemes.
- Collecting data without a legal basis or in violation of others' privacy.
- Distributing malware or attempting to compromise third-party systems.
4. Data and leads
When collecting leads, you must have a legal basis and respect data-subject rights, per our Privacy Policy.
5. Consequences
Violating this Policy may lead to suspension or termination of the account, without prejudice to other measures set out in the Terms of Use.
